Ardingly Rowing Club Welfare Information

Staying safe and having fun: The welfare of our young club members is paramount.
All our coaches and other volunteers who have regular contact with our Junior members are criminal records checked.

The club is committed to fostering a caring, friendly and safe environment for everyone involved in rowing so they can participate in a relaxed and secure atmosphere.

Bullying of any kind is unacceptable in rowing. If bullying does occur, all rowers, coaches, volunteers or parents should be able to tell and know that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively.

If you have any concerns regarding welfare please speak to our Welfare Officer Ursula Tanner.
Ursula rows with the senior women's squad and is at the reservoir most weekends until midday.
Or you can email her
