Last weekend we entered a Women's Club 4x in The Fours Head where they finished 22nd of 28 in that category.  This was Emily B's first race for Ardingly RC and a good warm up for the Vet Fours Head for Maja and Linda.  Ella steered another excellent course. 

On the Sunday we had three crews racing in the Vet Fours Head (and a fourth crew withdrawn due to illness).  Of 246 crews racing Ardingly finished 55th (the Men's C 4-), 56th (the Men's G 4x) and 91st (the Women's C 4x).  The Women's C4x had a storming row and won their category outright and convincingly - over 30 seconds faster than their nearest rivals (Thames who row over that course every outing!).  Special congratulations to Ursula, Claire B, Maja, and Linda.
