We sent a small but fun squad to the World Rowing Masters Regatta in Libourne France last week.  12 athletes and support staff made the trip and two single scullers came away with GOLD.  Nearly everyone had a super Regatta in very hot conditions although two of our team had to withdraw due to illness / injury.  The other 10 had many close races - often with an all Ardingly crew but Mick also raced with City of Cambridge, with Nottingham, and with Windermere, and Jon W and Tom Fu also raced with our friends from Windermere in the men's 4x and then in a mixed 4x. Ursula had 10 races in total - and was much in demand in composite crews. 
We hired boats from Falcon Racing and that made the trip as painless as possible.
