Our Sussex Uni students raced their socks off at BUCS Regatta 2024 (British Universities and Colleges Sport) at Holme Pierrepont the National Water Sport Centre in Nottingham over the three days of the Bank Holiday weekend.
It was a record setting weekend for the squad who sent the most boats and crews from our Club so far (16), reached the most side-by-side finals to date (which means they did well enough in the time trial to make the side by side racing) and we believe had our first A final boat.

One of the BR coaching team summed up Sussex Uni as 'Underfunded and Over-Performing'!
