Janine (our current Secretary) has emailed the notice of the 2022 AGM - if you are a current Member (or Parent of a Member) and you have not received this please let Janine or me (Di) know.

The 2022 Annual General Meeting (reviewing the Club year March 2021 to Feb 2022 and planning ahead for 2022/23) will be held on Wednesday 15 June at 7.00pm at the Parish Room, Balcombe.

• agenda items to Janine before 7.30pm on Monday 16 May
• nominations for Committee roles to Janine by 7.30pm on Weds 8 June
• AGM 7pm Wednesday 15 June

Any motions for discussion at the AGM must be notified to our Secretary, Janine, at least 30 days in advance of the meeting, i.e. by 7:30pm Monday 16 May 2022. Any such motions must be proposed and seconded by FULL club members.
We will also be seeking nominations for the following committee and other posts. The current post-holders may be willing to stand again but we must not assume that they will and anyone who wishes to be nominated should step forwards.
